This policy explains how RampCoach handles your data. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be transparent about how it is used. We process data in line with the DPDP Act (India) and are GDPR-aware.

What we collect

Coaching inputs: the role, stack, and team context you paste to generate a plan. Contact details: an email address if you request a checkout link or join the list. Usage analytics: aggregate, privacy-friendly page metrics with no cross-site tracking.

How we use it

Inputs are sent to our language-model provider solely to generate your plan. We use your email only to contact you about the checkout link or product updates you requested. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Coaching inputs are processed to generate output and are not used to train models. Contact details are retained until you ask us to delete them.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@rampcoach.aiskillhub.info.
