Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RampCoach (“the Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. RampCoach generates onboarding and coaching content to assist managers; it does not replace professional HR, legal, or employment advice.

Use of the Service

You may use the Service for lawful purposes related to onboarding and coaching. You are responsible for the context you submit and for how you apply generated plans. Do not submit secrets, credentials, or personal data you are not authorized to share.

AI-generated content

Plans, prompts, and challenges are produced by a large language model and may contain errors. Review all output before acting on it. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide and the plans generated for you.

Plans & billing

The free tier provides one onboarding plan for one hire. Paid tiers are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to overload the Service, and do not use it to generate unlawful or harmful content.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RampCoach is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of generated content.
